What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are shown in USD (U.S. Dollars).

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We craft and package every order with care and intention. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order ships.

Tracking information will be sent 1–2 days after your order has shipped.
If you haven’t received a tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us at IntuitiveHP@gmail.com so we can assist you.


I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Refund Policy

Digital Readings & Services

Because readings and consultations are digital services, all sales are generally final.

However, refunds will be issued if:

  • Your reading has not been delivered within 24–48 hours of purchase (unless a longer processing time was clearly stated before purchase).
  • High Priestess of Love is unable to complete your order.

Physical Products

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Broken
  • Defective

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A refund, depending on the situation


Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at IntuitiveHP@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 1-3 business days.
