Digital Readings & Services

Because readings and consultations are digital services, all sales are generally final.

However, refunds will be issued if:

• Your reading has not been delivered within 24 to 48 hours of purchase (unless a longer processing time was clearly stated before purchase).

• High Priestess of Love is unable to complete your order.

Once a reading has been completed and delivered, refunds will not be provided.

Physical Products

If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Broken

• Defective

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)

• Photos of the packaging

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

• A replacement item
• Store credit
• A refund, depending on the situation

Refunds are not issued for:

• Incorrect addresses entered during checkout

• Shipping delays outside our control

• Normal cosmetic variations in handcrafted products
