Processing Time

Physical product orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipment.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information (when available).

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages:

High Priestess of Love is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather related delays, customs delays, or packages marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen.

If you experience a shipping issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist where possible.

Damaged Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photographs of the damaged product(s), packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue.

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Order Changes

Order modifications or cancellations may only be requested before the order has entered processing.

Once processing or shipping has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.
